Initially I thought bleach hell verse movie is filler but after reading bleach one shot manga on hell arc... and it continue with ichigo son...he also has yhwach power and can open hell portal...so is this a cannon...will it continue...is kazui evil etc

Yeah it's canon. Kubo was heavily involved in its production and even wrote a manga chapter that acted as a prequel to it. It takes place after the Arrancar Saga, but before Ichigo loses his powers.

The movie itself isn't officially canon, like yuzu getting kidnapped and stuff like that. But maybe Kubo will take concepts from that movie and integrate it into the canon manga, such as Aaroneiro being sent to hell along with szylaporoorooro. We'll have to wait and see what he'll do. And yes, Kazui is gonna be the main villain of the hell arc.

Correct me it I'm wrong, but isn't the one shot's implied new arc hell based because Kubo didn't like how the film turned out in the end?
If so, then I'd guess that'd make the events in the movie non canon.

I don't know about...if kubo liked the movie or not...but the movie was filler initially ...but then I read one shot and it had some elements of the movie....like hell gate etc...one shot is important because it is dependent on kazui,ichigo,old captains and re appearing of a villan from heuco Mundo which mayuri fought...and it also tell us about captains going into hell not another place after death..Yamamoto and unohana too...this oneshot was a test to check will this new arc will be liked by people.. and it was well received by fans but it never start again

And btw, there's a difference between the 2010 Hell Verse one-shot chapter and the "No Breaths from Hell" one-shot from 2021.

People shouldn't get so hung up on what's canon or not... It's fiction. Take what you like, leave what you don't. I never liked the whole idea of "Shinigami go straight to hell because they're too powerful", so I'm choosing to ignore it because I can.
It's stupid and it makes no sense...
